Hello. Congratulations on exploring how coaching can transform your life. I suspect our stories have similarities.

In 2008, I was working in a rewarding career, but despite my success I did not feel completely satisfied. I would stay up late wrestling over a question from my career coach. She kept asking me, “But Nancy, what do you really want?'“

Admittedly, this can be a daunting question for anyone, but as I have learned from my personal journey and years of experience as a professional coach, the truth is we usually know if we are honest with ourselves. In fact, if we trust our instincts and remain curious and open to change, the gap between what we want and our goals naturally disappears.

In my case, I knew I wanted to empower others as I did throughout my career as a successful senior executive at finance, marketing, tech and retail companies. Except, I wanted to be able to support professionals across multiple industries at different points in their professional and personal lives.

This is why after earning my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, I launched Results Business Coaching.

For over a decade, business professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, writers and artists worldwide have counted on me to ask the thought-provoking question that challenges them to think and rethink what’s possible and commit to creating change and consistently doing their best work, their way.

My coaching is rooted in neuroscience and psychology and is enhanced by the insights I gain from my clients, whether an international thought leader or a young professional entering the workforce for the first time.

I complement my coaching career with a number of community service activities, including, but not limited to, serving as a mentor for Conexión, a network for Latino professionals and hosting international students from Berklee College of Music through the Global Connections Program. I am also a founding board member of Media Literacy Now, a grassroots education movement that ensures all students learn the 21st century literacy skills they need for health, well-being, economic participation, and citizenship.
