Does your team struggle with communication? Are you a leader who wants to inspire similar talents in others? In addition to private coaching, Nancy also leads custom group coaching and training programs for businesses and nonprofit organizations.
By consistently integrating the strengths of coaching into her custom programs for workplaces, Nancy makes it easy for participants to fully engage and explore new ideas and concepts. In her sessions, everyone has a voice and people are encourage to share their experiences, insights, and knowledge. Participants emerge from programs with action steps and new connections within their professional networks.
Coaching and training programs may be delivered in person or online. Programs are typically designed for a maximum of 20 people to ensure meaningful dialogue and high participant engagement.
