Here’s how to find yours. 

  1. Recall a time when you did something extremely difficult or courageous. Did it challenge you physically? Emotionally? Psychologically? How did it test your core values and beliefs?

  2. Relive every aspect of your experience. Spare no details. . Where are you? What are you seeing and hearing? Smelling and tasting? Touching? What’s the time? What’s happening? Who’s with you? What are you thinking? What emotions are you feeling? Before? During? After? How has this experience shaped who you are?

  3. Acknowledge the truth: You are courageous; you do hard thing

  4. You created it now enjoy a dose of hard-earned, authentic confidence.

  5. Repeat often.
